Brewery Visit - What Happens          

A visit to The Durham Brewery is like no other. Beer is a fascinating beverage which is deeply embedded in our culture. You will learn about beer history, beer culture and the way we make it.

We have an extremely wide range of beers and there will be an opportunity to sample draught and bottled beers with an insight into how they are made.

You can join a tour on Saturdays and occasionally Fridays and Sundays, check for available times and dates.

Tours take around 2 hours and are £12.00 per head which includes a tutored tasting.  After the tour there is an opportunity to buy beer from the bar or make purchases in the shop.

Group tours can be arranged for evenings or weekends by calling 0191 3771991. Minimum group of 16 people and maximum of 30 people.  Payment must be made in full at least 7 days in advance to secure a private tour.

Cancellations: Please give minimum 48hrs notice.
