Select the cask size that you wish to allocate. On allocation the quantity in the CT is decremented.

Customer Details

Select the customer by reference or name. Name, address, discount code and amount owed are shown. Brief notes can be recorded.

Allocated

Allocated casks have been reserved for the customer and can be included in automatic invoicing.

Delivery History

All invoiced products. Allows sales to instantly see what a customer has had.

Sales for the week and next week.

Gives sales staff an incentive and informs them of their progress.

Allocation button

One click allocates the cask highlighted in Beer Selection to the customer. Beer to Sell Totals is automatically decremented and the selected product appears in Allocated but NOT delivered.

Beer Selection

CT tanks are displayed. Selection allows casks to be allocated to the customer. Casks have dummy numbers which will be substituted for the actual numbers when the casks are delivered.
